Angelina Jolie files for divorce from Brad Pitt

Well it looks like Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt aren't a couple anymore. The news broke today (Sept. 20) according to The Hollywood Reporter. The two were married in August 2014. Jolie's attorney Robert Offer had confirmed Tuesday (Sept. 20) that she had filed for dissolution of the marriage, with a decision made for the health of the family. She is also asking for physical custody of their six children.

The couple had been together since 2005 and were engaged in 2012. Before Pitt, Jolie was married to Billy Bob Thornton for three years (she was also married before to Jonny Lee Miller). Brad Pitt before meeting Jolie on the set of "Mr. and Mrs. Smith" was married to Jennifer Aniston for five years.

So we hope the best for both them and their children.
