Adult coloring books are all the rage and everyone is getting on the action. That everyone includes "Buffy the Vampire Slayer." The popular TV show will be getting the coloring book treatment, according to the July 18 report from EW. It will be joining other famous TV and movies that have been turned like "Doctor Who," "Game of the Thrones," and "Harry Potter."
Dark Horse will be doing it, which they are the ones behind the very popular "Buffy" comics. The coloring book will have original illustrations that will incorporate moments from the entire series. So you'll be seeing the "Scooby Gang" of course and some evil characters like The Master, Glory, Drusilla, and so many more!
The original art was created by "Buffy" Season 8, 9, 10 comic book artists Karl Moline, Rebekah Isaacs, George Jeanty, Yishan Li, Steve Morris, and Newsha Ghasemi. Oh and if you are wondering the coloring book will be released on Jan. 17, 2017. Though feel free to check it out on Amazon and Pre-Order it. The price is $14.99 and it's 96 pages!
"Buffy the Vampire Slayer" lasted for seven seasons (1997-2003) and aired on WB and later on UPN during its original run. The show's repeats can be seen on many different channels and you can stream it online on Netflix or Hulu.
So "Buffy" fans rejoice!
