TV5MONDE USA celebrates Bastille Day and more for their July schedule

Viewers can at the moment tune in daily to the final stages of the 103rd edition of the Tour de Force. The final stage will be taking place on July 24. So tune in daily till then at 2:30 p.m. EST on TV5MONDE USA. That's just one of their highlights for July.

Tomorrow is Bastille Day and TV5MONDE USA will be celebrating the French celebration. The TV Event Special called, "Defile July 14" will be airing on July 14 at 4 p.m. EST. Viewers can witness the Bastille Day Parade from the Champs-Elysees.

The 2015 environmental documentary, "The Algeria from Above" will airing on July 15 at 11 p.m. EST. French environmentalist and journalist, Yann Arthus-Bertrand will be taking viewers on a journey to the Atlas Mountains, Saharan oases, and the gentle hills of the Sahel in Algeria. 

 

If you love comedy, you'll want to mark your calendars for July 24! The film, "Lou! Tiny Journal" will be airing on that date at 8:30 p.m. EST. The comedy stars three-time Cesar nominated actress Ludivine Sagnier. 

For the last day of July, two films will be airing that viewers won't want to miss. The first is a historical documentary called "Secrets of History." That will be airing at 2:30 p.m. EST and it's about the life and times of Napoleon I, Emperor of France.  

The second highlight of that day is the romantic film "Just a Sigh." Cesar award-winning actress Emmanuelle Devos stars in the film as an notable actress that falls in love with a charismatic traveler. That will be airing on 8:30 p.m. EST.
