Kevon Stover, (International Investor, Executive Producer/Actor) has announced yesterday, June 20 that the upcoming sci-fi/action thriller, "Beta Test" will be released on July 22, 2016. The film has worldwide distribution and will begin it's release in selected AMC Theaters across the USA.

The film is described as a cross between the intimate suspense of "Die Hard" and the 21st century chaos of "Gamer." It was filmed in Seattle, WA and it's Manu Bennett's first American film. He's known for his roles as Deathstroke in the TV series, "Arrow," as Azog-The Destroyer in the "Hobbit" films and as Crixus in the "Spartacus" series.

Larenz Tate is also in the film, which he has appeared in "Menace II Society," "Dead Presidents," and "Crash." Linden Ashby is in the film too, which he's known as Johnny Cage in the "Mortal Kombat" film, he's been in the film "Wyatt Earp," and the TV shows, "Melrose Place and "Teen Wolf."

"Beta Test" is about chip that is planted in the back of Orson Creed's (Bennett) head and is controlled unknowingly by the champion gamer, Max Troy (Tate), by way of a brand new interactive video game from the top global gaming company, Sentinel. The CEO of the company is Andrew Kincaid (Ashby). It features the longest unedited fight scene on record for a film by a 25-plus year veteran, Mark Ricccardi. Nicholas Gyeney directed "Beta Test."  Julien K did the soundtrack for the film too.
