Julia Solomonoff's 'Nobody's Watching' to premiere at the 2017 Tribeca Film Festival

Julia Solomonoff's third feature film will have its world premiere at the 16th edition of the Tribeca Film Festival. "Nobody's Watching" will be part of the official competition. Her new film is called a "timely tale of immigration that offers a moving portrait of New York City."
"Nobody's Watching" is about Nico, a 30-year-old who leaves a promising acting career in Argentina after a romantic break-up with his married producer. He goes to New York City, lured into believing that his talent will help him find success "on his own," but he soon learns that it isn't easy. Nico does manage to stay afloat by pretending to be something he isn't, but he even gets lost in his own lies. His world gets even shakier after his ex-lover and former producer comes to visit him.
The cast includes Guillermo Pfening, Elena Roger, Rafael Ferro, Cristina Morrison, Kerry Sohn, Pascal Yen-Pfister, and Paola Baldion.
The Tribeca Film Festival runs from April 19-30 in New York City.
