HBO is bringing interactive fan experience to SXSW 2017

HBO is coming to SXSW (South by Southwest), that's according to their March 6 press release. The channel is bringing an interactive experience that challenges fans to escape from three HBO-themed experiences.
HBO: The Escape is an immersive escape-the-room style experience. The HBO themes of the different rooms are "Silicon Valley," "Veep," and "Game of Thrones."
In each room, teams will have the opportunity to complete a challenge, locate the door, and escape to the next room. Once they've made their way through all three rooms, each team will have a chance to take their photos on the Iron Throne, to purchase merchandise from their favorite HBO shows from the online HBO Shop, and to be among the first to sample the brand new "Game of Thrones" wines, created in partnership between Vintage Wine Estates and HBO Global Licensing.

HBO: The Escape will be open daily from March 11 through March 13 from 10 a.m. CST to 8:00 p.m. CST, except for March 11, when will be close at 5:15 p.m. CST. The location of the event is 800 Congress Ave. in Downtown Austin.
Note the event has only a limited number of slots available each day and will be a first-come, first-served basis. So SXSW attendees can reserve a slot by visiting here.
