Here's a list of upcoming shows coming to Acorn TV this November

November is coming soon and that also means another month of new shows coming to the streaming site, Acorn TV. You know the site for anglophiles! So here's a guide of what new U.S. premieres are coming:

"Close to the Enemy"
"Close to the Enemy" is an Acorn TV original series, along with BBC One.  The U.S. premiere will be coinciding with the BBC broadcast. This thriller is from acclaimed filmmaker Stephen Poliakoff and it stars Alfred Molina, Angela Bassett, Jim Sturgess, Alfie Allen, August Diehl, Charlotte Riley, Freddie Highmore, Lindsay Duncan, and Robert Glenister.  

"Deep Water"   
"Deep Water" is based on a true story and it's a four-part Australian crime drama that begins airing on Nov. 7. The stars are Noah Taylor, Yael Stone, Danielle Cormack, and Dan Spielman. It's about two detectives who are assigned a brutal murder case in Bondi and  begin to uncover mounting evidence to suggest the killing is connected to unexplained deaths and disappearances of nearly 80 gay men in North South Wales throughout the '80s and '90s.


"Raised by Wolves" 
 "Raised by Wolves" Series 2 U.S. Premiere is on Nov. 21. Named the best sitcom at the 2016 Rose d'Or Awards, this show is inspired by the childhood of best-selling author Caitlin Moran. It's six episodes and stars Rebekah Staton, Helen Monks, and Philip Jackson.

"A Place to Call Home" 
Starting on Thanksgiving Day (Nov. 24), Season 4 of the sexiest period soap from Australia will be coming to Acorn TV. It's 12 episodes long too!


So for those who want exclusive U.S. premieres of shows from the U.K., Australia, etc, you need to get Acorn TV. That also being said is that it's $4.99 a month too!
