'Same Kind of Different as Me' arrives on Blu-ray & DVD on Feb. 20

Paramount Home Entertainment will be releasing the inspirational drama "Same Kind of Different as Me" on Blu-ray and DVD on Feb. 20. The Blu-ray will include over an hour of behind-the-scenes bonus content that include deleted and extended scenes, featurettes, and commentary by the director Michael Carney, writer Ron Hall, and writer Alexander Foard. The DVD will include the feature film only.
"Same Kind of Different as Me" is based on The New York Times best-selling book and was recently the recipient of the Dove Foundation seal of approval for ages 12+. It's about a successful art dealer and his wife who seemingly have a perfect life. But when their faith and family tested, an unlikely bond with a homeless drifter leads them on a remarkable journey that forges an everlasting friendship.
The film stars Greg Kinnear, Renee Zellweger, Djimon Hounsou, and Jon Voight.
