List of French TV shows that will be premiering on TV5MONDE USA in February

February is looking like TV shows and TV films are taking over TV5MONDE USA! Some of the shows that will be premiering on TV5MONDE are "Life in front of them," the comedy "Francekbek," and the TV film "Nadia."
So here is the list of premieres that any Francophile won't want to miss:
"Cain" Season 5-Episode 1: Une second avant la morte
Feb. 11 at 11 p.m. EST
Cain" is about the investigations of Police Chief Fred Cain, a cop in a wheelchair with a strong character and scathing humor. In this episode, Cain (Bruno Debrandt) is forced to find Claire, the wife of a former friend of Cain's father.
"Francekbek" Season 1-Episode 1: Mon pire cachemar"
Feb. 4 at 1:30 a.m. EST
"Franchekbek" follow Audrey, who is from Quebec, born and bred, and moves to France in search of a new life. She will do anything to hide her origins, particularly from her boss, who detests anything to do with Quebec. But things get complicated when her childhood friend decides to join her. In this first episode, Audrey's boss has decided to give her the job of presenting a brochure aimed at their biggest client. Audrey practices her arguments in front of the mirror, taking care to remove any Quebec accent. But a big surprise awaits her. The series stars Lola Bessis and Franck Andrieux.
"Life in front of them" Season 2-Episode 1
Feb. 8 at 1:30 a.m. EST
Spring 1979. Denain´s steelworkers have had enough. Alma, an intern in Maître Marc Duparcq´s office, wants to help the unions. She meets Rodolphe, who´s set up a pirate radio station supporting the movement, and Fadi, a Moroccan photographer, and steelworker who has photographed a policeman shooting at a demonstrator. Alma takes them to Chambries to develop the photo in the print-works now managed by Solana. For the anniversary of their fathers´ deaths, Solana and Alma patiently await the return of Caroline, who left for North Africa a year ago.
"Burning Crimes" (2016, TV Film)
"Burning Crimes is based on Mikael Ollvier's novel about a series of fires and murders. The series stars Cesar nominated actress Eva Darlan. TV5MONDE USA will be airing the first part on Feb. 20 at 11 p.m. EST and the second part will be airing on Feb. 27 at 11 p.m. EST.
"The Fairies of the House" (2014, TV Film)
February 23 at 8:00 pm EST
Housekeepers have access to information that reveals much about their customers' private lives - sometimes a lot more than the customers would like. Housekeepers and friends Marie-Lou and Françoise thus become privy to the little and large secrets of their employers. "The Fairies of the House" stars Cesar nominated actress Claude Censac.
"Nadia" (2016, TV Film)

Nadia is very proud of her son Noé, who she raises alone in the suburbs and who´s been admitted to a prestigious Parisian high school. To give him the best chance, she moves to Paris and gets in debt to ensure he has everything he needs. Gradually, she becomes a shopaholic.César nominated actor Arié Elmaleh stars in "Nadia"
"The Murderous Sources" (2017, TV Film)
February 16 at 8:30 pm EST
A man is found dead from arsenic poisoning. Irène, his ex, and the main suspect is taken into custody. She´s a doctor and holds a stock of arsenic which could have been used in the murder. Her daughter Fanny, a police captain, investigates to establish her mother's innocence. The series stars Golden Globe-nominated actress Marthe Keller.
