Today (May 2), the first trailer for "The Dark Tower" was released. Based on Stephen King's book series, the last Gunslinger, Roland Deschain has been locked in an eternal battle with Walter O'Dim (the Man in Black). The Man in Black wants to destroy the Dark Tower, which holds the universe together.
The cast of "The Dark Tower" includes Idris Elba, Matthew McConaughey, Tom Taylor, Claudia Kim, Fran Kranz, Abbey Lee, and Jackie Earle Haley.
The director is Nikolaj Arcel and the producers are Akiva Goldsman, Ron Howard, and Erica Huggins.
