The U.S. premiere of 'The Witness for the Prosecution' coming to Acorn TV in January

The exclusive U.S. premiere of BBC's and Acorn TV's adaptation of Agatha Christie's acclaimed story,"The Witness for the Prosecution" will be airing on Jan. 30 on Acorn TV.  So for those who don't have it, will want to start a membership on Acorn TV! This new version is about the murder of the glamorous and rich Emily French. All evidence points to Leonard Vole, a young chancer to whom the heiress left her vast fortune too. Though that's according to Emily's dedicated housekeeper. It's up to Leonard's partner a chorus girl named Romaine, his solicitor John Mayhew, and King's Counsel, Sir Charles Carter KC to help prove that he's innocent.

This TV movie stars Kim Cattrall, Monica Dolan, Billy Howle, Andrea Riseborough, Toby Jones, and David Haig.

So U.S. Agatha Christie fans will want to mark their calendars for this mystery event!
